We are bounded bye a worldwide pandemic.
Sitting at home with family and ourselves.
Thinking about what to do and what not to do.
It may be hard to fall into this chaotic lifestyle where you have to reinvent your daily life.
It is not easy to start doing things for yourself or to just stay at home.
We are used to go to a sportclub, university, work or to the church.
What do I do with all that time that is being layed down before me?
I’ll invite you to find out what suits you. What you can do for yourself, your family, your friends or for other people in general.
Be creative in how to spend your time together.
Maybe that is through facetiming, skyping or playing games together.
You can even watch Netflix together with Netflix Party. (you can download it in the play store)
Or you might be sporting at home. Just doing bodyweight fitness or working out with little accessories like dumbells or barbells.
You may even want to go for a walk outside or go running or biking through your city, nature or just being outdoors.
I hope you make the best of it these days, weeks or months.
Hopefully you will be stronger, wiser and more fulfilled after it is all over.
